Comments and Criticisms to the Editor – You Can Write Articles Too

From time to time, there will be people who support what I write, and those who do not support it, and would like to rather criticize my articles. That’s OK. I’m open for comments good and bad, and accept criticism that helps me understand why others do not agree with my thinking. I take all input seriously.  I only publish the comments I want on the blog as they will be moderated before being published. I am a devout Catholic by faith, and a devout Democrat when it comes to politics so I will openly admit that I am biased when it comes to my writing and political ideas, but it is a freedom afforded to me by the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution which protects the freedom of speech, religion and the press. I write as I see it. I am criticized on what I write in my posts here and on prior political blogs such as, and Incidentally, they also get updated from time to time. I have elected in the past to not post any comments good or bad, except from my nephew who has a very biased opinion to support Donald Trump. I gave him total and complete control on what he writes and do not moderate his posts. He is an excellent writer, actually better than I in many respects,  but since the defeat of Donald Trump in the election, I haven’t heard a word from him, and no further articles have been published by him. I consider that unfortunate.

The offer extends to anyone who would like to comment on any article written here or anyone who would like to publish their own article on this blog. Comments must be relatable to the subject matter of the post they are commenting on. No advertisements to your own blogs or websites are acceptable. The only requirement to write is that you truly believe in what you write and have facts to back up your story. The story-line of your article must either be about the President or of politics. You must be able to write with good grammar in a fluid fashion. I will check spelling, but I am not here to re-write any articles that are sent to be published here, as I do not have the time nor the will to try and re-write articles that are submitted. I have enough to write about with the daily activities in the new Biden White House.  If your articles are not suited to be published by these stated standards, they will not be published but you will receive an email explaining why. But if you are a good writer, with good ideas, leaning either toward Democratic or Republican principles, then you have an open offer to write here on this blog.  This can be your medium to publish your thoughts, even if they contradict what I write. This blog can be a discussion of the facts as each of us see them. We can carry on a healthy discussion thread here.

Again, if you have a deep political conviction and would like a medium to publish your thoughts, then you may have found the place where you can get your thoughts and ideas out to the world.

Send any articles to be published to Any criticism or comments that is marked for publication will be reviewed a.s.a.p.

Biden Stimulus Plan + Congressional Actions

If Biden ever was thinking about lowering the National Debt, I would hardly believe in these desperate times that the notion of reducing debt can be possible. But the National Debt is not anyone’s concern of the people directly affected by unemployment, hunger and homelessness.

President BIden has created a new stimulus plan with key measures designed to help put money back in the pockets of the American people.

  • He is pushing for a $1.9 Trillion stimulus plan that must be negotiated with the U.S. Congress.
  • The White House is moving swiftly to address issues of economy, health, and political crises.
  • Economic relief including new $1400 Stimulus checks added to $600 checks sent in December and January
  • Enhanced unemployment aid
  • $15 minimum wage.

The U.S. Congress will be tasked like they have never been before. Not only must they work on Joe Biden’s Stimulus Package, they must address Covid-19, and also set up a 2nd impeachment trial for Donald Trump.

Executive Orders Signed on Day One of Biden’s Presidency

As outlined by the new Press Secretary Jen Psaki in the first daily briefing to reporters, President Joe Biden signed 17 Executive orders on his very first day in office.  One of his main goals by signing them was to undo allot of what President Trump has done that destabilized the world. From President Biden’s explanation during the signing, he stated that this is only the beginning in an attempt to re-establish the United States place as the leader in Democracy throughout the world. Here they are as signed in no particular order.

  • Mandated 100-day Mask Wearing requirement and Social Distancing for Federal Buildings, airlines, trains and interstate transit systems.
  • Support for under-served communities.
  • Signed an Order to rejoin the Paris Climate Accord.
  • The Department of Education asked to Extend pauses on student loan payments until at least September 30
  • Revoke Permits for Keystone XL; Oil and Gas Developments at Wildlife Monuments
  • Require appointees to take ethics pledge barring them from acting in personal interest and requiring them to uphold the independence of the Department of Justice (DOJ)
  • Rejoin the World Health Organization as Dr. Fauci accepts Joe Biden’s offer to stay as top health adviser.
  • Offering a path to citizenship
  • Hire Covid-19 Response Coordinators including Obama-Era “Directorate for Global Health Security and Bio-defense” to create a unified national response to the pandemic.
  • Extend Moratoriums on Evictions and Foreclosures until at least March 31.
  • Count those who are here illegally in the U.S. Census.
  • Role back Regulatory Universals by previous administration to protect public health and the environment
  • Temporary moratorium on all oil and natural gas leasing in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge and re-establishes the inter-agency working group on the social cost of greenhouse gases.
  • Launched a government effort to advance racial equity and root out systemic racism from Federal programs and institutions.
  • Directed the Director of Homeland Security in consultation of the Attorney General to preserve and fortify DACA which provides temporary relief from deportation to Dreamers and young people who were brought to this country as children.
  • The President put an end to the Muslim ban.
  • He signed a proclamation halting any funding of construction of the previous administrations border wall and termination the prior administrations national emergency use to divert money for its construction.

Biden also sent a bill to the U.S. Congress that will modernize the U.S. Immigration system. It will provide opportunities to hard working people who lived here in the US for decades an opportunity to earn citizenship. Biden’s priority reflected in the bill would be to responsibly manage the border, keep families together, grow our economy, address the root causes of migration from Central America and insure that America can continue to be a refuge to those fleeing prosecution.

Vice-President Kamala Harris Swears in 3 New Democratic Senators

Vice-President Kamala Harris wasted no time to begin work, just as President Joe Biden is now in the White House. President Biden’s first order of business, to sign 15 Executive Orders, mostly to overturn the Executive orders of his predecessor. Kamala Harris on the other hand is now back at the U.S. Capital, where she begins her job, just hours after being sworn in as Vice-President. So the real work started today. As her new role as President of the U.S. Senate, she had to swear in 3 new Democratic Senators, that allow ,,,, to take control as the Speaker of the U.S. Senate.

The Senators elected are as follows:

Democratic Senator Jon Ossoff of Georgia, the Rev. Raphael Warnock of Georgia and Alex Padilla of California.

It is important to note that the Democratic Senators of Georgia ran against their Republican incumbents and won their office in the runoff election in Georgia that turned over the U.S. Senate to the Democrats. Now as they are sworn into office by Vice-President Harris, the Senate changed control from the Republicans to the Democrats, thanks to Vice-President Harris, as she is the tie-breaker in the Senate. Her future vote will be very influential in close voting challenges in the Senate. Her vote can make the difference. Many of Joe Biden’s policies will become law because of Kamala Harris.

Details regarding the backgrounds of each of the new Senators will be highlighted in future articles.

Joseph R. Biden Jr. – Now the 46th President of the United States

Joseph R. Biden Jr. just gave his inauguration speech on the steps of the U.S. Capital of the United States – Washington, D.C. He now has become the 46th President of the United States. Those present are dignitaries with others present to watch such a historic event, both Democratic and Republican, including Vice-President Mike Pence. Not at the ceremony is our most recent president, Donald J. Trump, the 45th President of the United States. He did not have the courage due to his ignorance of the office that he served, to be at this most important event, as each of us are Americans, Democrat or Republican.
Joe’s job as President is one of the most difficult that any U.S. President has to endure. As a devout Catholic, President Joseph Biden is being tested by God, but with his purpose and resolve, he will be a very successful President.

Joe Biden Arrives in D.C. Prior to His Inauguration to Honor the Dead from Covid

President-Elect Joe Biden arrived at Joint Andrews Airbase in Washington D.C at 4:00PM Eastern Time today, on Tuesday, 1-18-2021 to attend his inauguration tomorrow. He will become the 46th President of the United States at 12 o’clock Noon. But before he was to become president, he will attend a service an hour and a half later to honor the 400,000+ now dead in a Nationwide Covid-19 Memorial. He brings his empathy to the Capitol on his sleeves, whereas the outgoing President Donald Trump has never been able to do. The outgoing president never took time out to honor the dead from the pandemic, EVER. The outgoing president will not even have the decency to fulfill tradition, as the outgoing president normally meets the incoming president in what is called a peaceful transition. President Donald Trump will not be there to greet him, and he is leaving the White House early in the morning on Wednesday, taking advantage of Air Force One for the last time, and fly to Florida, most likely to stop at his business, known as Mara Largo. Of course, on his way out, he will have a party. Trump doesn’t even have honor to admit that he lost the election to date. Trump will be known as the most abnormal president in recorded history and the one person elected to the office that was not qualified to be a U.S. President.

Joe Biden’s main job as President immediately after the inauguration will be to bring the country together, while tackling Covid head on. He is making this effort for his first main act as President. Then he must continue by bringing both Democrats and Republicans together in a time to heal after the presidency of Donald Trump. Now he must immediately prepare for his inaugural address tomorrow. Joe Biden must try to convince Trumps followers that they were living a lie as they lived in Donald Trump’s world of false reality. Unfortunately, a large group of Trump’s supporters took part in the insurrection at the Capital on January 6th on Donald Trump’s whim. Many of the participants are going to jail, and most think that they will be able to evade the law. If you speak with the FBI, you will soon understand that the FBI has the means in finding ALL of the people who participated in the riots at the U.S. Capitol, and recordings of the activities of the rioters as they were defacing the Capital building inside. All will face prosecution. If they took pictures, and shared them on social media, and most did, they can be tracked down. If you updated your pictures to Facebook or other social media platform with one of those photographs or posts, look forward in receiving a call from the FBI even if you removed the pictures and took down your post. If your picture is retrievable from any camera located in the U.S. Capital, then you will be found, contacted and prosecuted.

Joe Biden to Become the 46th President of the United States

The time finally has come. In less than 36 hours, President-Elect Joseph R. Biden will become the 46th President of the United States. He is becoming President in Covid times, where almost 400,000 people have perished to date because of the pandemic. Now in a new year of 2021, where everyone around the world is so thankful that 2020 is now behind us, and 2021 is here, Americans have a very capable and trusted man to enter the White House as the 46th President. The first African American with Indian heritage to be Biden’s Vice-President, a woman from the U.S. Senate that represented California, Kamala Harris is the perfect match to help Joe Biden through these challenging times. With the promise of a very capable man in the White House, the President-Elect has his hands full, mainly because of the actions of his predecessor, Donald J. Trump.
To throw a wrench in the works, President Trump incited the riots at the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C. on January 6th and perpetrated a violent threat in Washington D.C. to stop the transfer of power. For that idiotic act, president Trump was impeached for a 2nd time in less than a year. Just like how 911 forever changed the world, just like how Covid-19 has changed the World, September 6th at the Capital in Washington D.C. has transformed the United States into a very more dangerous world. It was difficult enough for Americans to practice social distancing before the riots, but the Trump supporters who led by Trump who incited the insurrection at the U.S. Capital now created an immediate crisis . Tonight, the National Mall is closed off to visitors. There will be no people at the mall to witness the inauguration because of recent riots, thanks to President Trump and his followers. The National Mall will be totally void of people who now has to watch the ceremony on television. Instead with 25,000 heavily armed troops are deployed on the streets around the nations capital to make sure that the inauguration will go without incident, this will be the first time in modern history that the plaza will be without people to witness the event. In Covid times, the chances that the mall would have been packed with people as it has several times in the past, is pretty much a non-possibility.
As expected on his first day in office, President Joe Biden will have about a dozen executive orders to sign, to directly overturn several executive orders made by president Trump. Details of the executive orders will appear in a future article. The next update to appear here will be on January 20, when Joe Biden becomes the 46th President of the United States.

Joe Biden Full Acceptance Speech after Becoming President-Elect

Fireworks Display After the Acceptance Speech

Saturday’s President-Elect Joe Biden victory speech was historic for a number of reasons, but there’s one big reason that came as a shock: an epic drone light show.

Biden and Vice President-Elect Kamala Harris on Saturday night each delivered a victory speech at a drive-in rally in Biden’s home city of Wilmington, Delaware. The speeches largely went as expected — save for one big surprise finale: a drone light show.
